* Time & Attendance

* The Field Supervisor must take daily attendance including breaks and meal periods and reports this to the Field Administrator as required. Assure pre-trainees return from breaks and meal periods on time.

* Submit field staff and trainee timesheets to the Workforce Development Director every other Friday.

* Ability to interact positively with team members.

* Ability to facilitate positive change.

* Partner with supervisor when necessary to address department issues or concerns.
