Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota Job Description:Our client is looking for a tactical Director of Sales & Marketing to lead a team of regional managers and contribute to the selling efforts. This player-coach role will involve managing and coaching a team and following a consistent sales process for prioritizing opportunities, qualifying potential new clients, understanding clients' business needs, building solutions with the team, presenting solutions, and closing the business. Responsibilities:Demonstrating complete knowledge of company programs and offeringsGenerating leads through prospecting and leveraging their network to find new businessEffectively qualifying opportunitiesDemonstrating proven lead generation strategies to uncover opportunities, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest in meetingsResearching each opportunity and effectively uncovering each customer's current situation, desired situation, business drivers, application needs, and decision-making processes to fully understand what they need to recommend the best solutionCompensation & Benefits:Base = $160k ($125k + $35k in activity incentives)1st year compensation model is designed to incentive the "player part"Manage a team of 3 salespeople currentlyNo cap on commissionCommission plan based on margin, not revenueIncentive BonusesKicker bonus if exceeding KPIYear 1 OTE = $210KYear 2 OTE = $225K ($130k base)Year 3 OTE = $250K ($135k base)Medical & DentalCompany Paid Life InsuranceCompany Paid Holidays401K with company matchPTO (standard 10 days)Annual performance review Posted On: Thursday, December 8, 2022
