You will also act as a change agent, embedding new tools and technologies into the business, measuring success, and gathering impactful stories.Essential:- 7+ years of experience in trial execution, operations, and management within life sciences-Bachelors degree in related field- Demonstrated proficiency in managing and being responsible for complex product development projects in global organizations- Adept at navigating and collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed stakeholders and project teams- Proven leadership abilities, particularly in engaging and influencing senior leaders- Exceptional communication skills encompassing presentation, facilitation, storytelling, consulting, and leadership- Superior organizational and time management skills- Creative and visionary thinkingDesirable:- An advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Technology- Mastery in SAFe/Agile methodologies, design thinking, and GxP compliance- A distinguished history of delineating project parameters and roadmaps- Entrepreneurial, user-focused philosophyWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
