THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE

We have a fantastic team already in place; all we're missing is you: a driven business development representative excited to take our outreach approach to the next level. You’ll be focused on developing leads and prospects as we expand our staff augmentation service.

You'll work closely with our marketing team, business development executives, and VP of Strategic Growth, using your past experiences to:

Create outreach sequence cadences and messaging in HubSpot CRM Research and build lists of target accounts aligning with Adage’s staff augmentation offerings, particularly in the manufacturing industry Cultivate leads through to the opportunity stage using a strategic and data-driven approach Shadow and support business development executives throughout the opportunity to close Optimize outreach messaging and sequences based on success metrics and testing

Other opportunities with this role include quarterly training and career progression planning.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH

1 - 2 years of demonstrated goal achievement in a business development role selling staff augmentation A strategic mindset and drive for success Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures Interest in web technologies An understanding of software dev, IT, infrastructure, and web development is a plus
