**Manager, Inside Sales**

Latitudes Environmental is a professional consulting practice that specializes in permitting, regulatory compliance, and project management. We serve our industrial and municipal clients by providing state and federal permit support, site assessment, technical plans and manuals, and industrial hygiene services.

****Role:****

Latitudes has a management system for identifying prospects, developing leads, and eventually converting these leads into new projects. This role will implement our existing system, while making continuous improvements to increase our sales.

****Responsibilities:****

* Administer interactions with customers, by utilizing our companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and business templates.

* Perform cold calls to leads generated in-house, while recording conversations and scheduling follow-ups within the CRM platform.

* Work with our professional staff to develop new leads, in order to pursue new customers.

* Submit marketing collateral (e.g., brochure, Capability Statement, project summaries, etc.) and project proposals to interested parties through email and USPS hard copy, as appropriate.

* Monitor and follow up on all submitted proposals, until our prospects have made a contracting decision.

* Assist with new vendor setups, and services agreement (MSA) forms and submittals required by some new customers.

* Participate in discussions and regular meetings with our consulting team, to report sales progress, and also to suggest improvements to our proposals, marketing collateral/brand, and overall sales approach.

****Candidate Requirements:****

* At least two years of recent experience actively engaged in cold calling, as an inside sales professional; experience selling professional services (e.g., legal, engineering, tax, etc.) is a plus.

* Experience calling on customers throughout the US is a plus .

* Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO, other).

* Competent using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

* Advanced proficiency in English. Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus .

* Willing and able to report to our office (Houston) to perform duties, during our regular office hours.

* US Citizen, or otherwise possess a permit to work in the US.

****Work Schedule and Compensation****

* Part-time employee, regular schedule, up to 28 office hours per week.

* Hourly, base pay rate, plus commission on credited sales.
