We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative. You'll be responsible for servicing members and potential members in a contact center environment via phone calls. You will provide quality service on transactions and problem resolution. You'll educate members on the benefits of appropriate products or services that align with their financial needs. You will provide basic guidance for online and mobile banking navigation, including payment portal needs. You'll assists with general knowledge for in-person transactions and branch location options.

What you'll do:

  • Assist existing and potential members with telephone requests.
  • Answer questions regarding services and products to resolve problems.
  • Identify opportunities to educate members on appropriate services that align with financial needs.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations, policy, controls, and security procedures.
What you'll need:
  • One to Five years of similar or related experience
  • High school education or GED
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.
  • Effectively communicate with customers appropriately in person, email etc.
  • Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.

Positions starting at $18.00 per hour

Call Center Hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm. Saturday 8:00-3:00pm.
