Aid in design thinking efforts, providing foundational knowledge and execution of design thinking, human centered design, user experience design, and human factors design to help educate and implement these disciplines both externally to our innovators and health systems as well as internally within our product development efforts. Requirements: B.A. or higher in Industrial Design 6+ years of relevant work experience preferred. 6+ years of experience with 3D development software tools. Solid understanding of engineering. Design, and marketing issues/ needs related to product design and development. Proficiency in Microsoft suite and Adobe Suite. Experience in working within an entrepreneurial, market and innovation driven environment preferred.
