What you will be responsible for:

• Workload coordination: evaluate personnel workloads and coordinate with different repair centers;
• Operational feedback: provide timely operation updates;
• Material orders management: update the inventory and product descriptions on the official website;
• Maintenance sites contract: oversee and follow up on contract terms;
• Maintenance sites personnel training: compile and maintain standard operating procedures and arrange training for maintenance issues;
• Inventory management: update the inventory and ensure timely completion of maintenance work;
• Maintenance sites quality control: follow up the random inspection reports, reward and punishment reports;
• Handle abnormal packages at maintenance sites: contact with customer service & external abnormal sites and ensure timely and effectively update the information of the abnormal packages & products;
• Report: create and develop reports on maintenance and operational statistics.

How you will stand out:

• English fluency required,Chinese proficiency preferred but not mandatory. Communication with internal and external stakeholders in the region is key;
• Leadership Skills: lead and manage teams across multiple repair centers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure efficient operations;
• Communication Skills: to liaise with internal teams, external repair partners, suppliers, and customers to address spare parts demand, quality issues, and repair progress;
• Analytical Skills: proficiency in analyzing data related to repair center operations, spare parts inventory, repair turnaround times, and quality control metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential issues;
• Problem-Solving: identify and resolve abnormal issues in the repair process, including equipment malfunctions, quality defects, and delays in repair turnaround times;
• Supply Chain Management: knowledge of supply chain management principles to manage spare parts inventory, optimize procurement processes, and minimize lead times;
• Technical Aptitude: technical knowledge of the equipment components being repaired and common repair techniques to facilitate effective troubleshooting and quality control;
• Team Collaboration: collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technicians, engineers, quality assurance personnel, and logistics professionals, to address repair center needs and quality issues;
• Attention to Detail: meticulous in order to track repair center operations, spare parts inventory levels, and quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards;
• Customer Focus: dedication to meeting customer expectations by delivering high-quality repairs, minimizing downtime, and providing responsive customer service;
• Experience: previous experience in repair center management, operations management, or a related field.
