Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing qualified internal/external candidates applying for corporate non-exempt, Full-Service Unit (FSU) and entry level exempt positions to Recruiters and Administrative Specialists for review; screening, scheduling, conducting, and documenting pre-qualification interviews of internal/external candidates applying for corporate non-exempt and entry level exempt positions within BlueRecruit; removing internal/external candidates applying for non-exempt and FSU positions who do not meet minimum requirements from the staffing process and communicating to them using communications generated from Peopleclick as well as working to ensure compliance with EEO/Diversity policies. (Some responsibilities may vary depending on location of Recruiting Administrator).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
:
Bachelor Degree with emphasis in human resources OR 2 years experience in a human resources environment.
PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
Service oriented and desire to serve the customer.
Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Analytical, research and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently.
High degree of confidentiality.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
:
Knowledge of a Recruiting Management System
Knowledge of health insurance industry.
Customer Service experience and/or Recruiting experience.
Staffing experience to include interviewing, posting jobs, screening applications/resumes against required skills.
