Proven leadership and excellent interpersonal skills are a must, as the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Requires an individual with strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Physician Recruiter evaluates and develops improvements to the recruitment processes. This position will have significant interaction with the Vice President of Medical Group Operations, Department Chairs, Chiefs, and the President of the Medical Group. In addition, the Senior Physician Recruiter assists in the development of strategic and comprehensive physician recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the organization. Develop innovative strategic plans to respond to competitive challenges in the marketplace and adapt sourcing strategies. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software to manage the recruitment process. Familiarity with recruitment-related technology (CRM, LinkedIn, Recruiter, Boolean, Sourcing Tools). Some travel required. Required Experience This is a 100% onsite position office located in Whittier Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of physician recruitment for hospitals and/or health systems. Proven track record of successfully recruiting physicians. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to travel nationally to attend recruiting events. Strong professionalism and presentation. Preferred Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP). Working with senior leadership and/or physician leadership.
