Role OverviewThe Inside Channel Account Manager, covering a region within North America, will work in tandem with peer Field Sales teams, and Partners within the assigned territory, to drive incremental business and net new logos. Recruit and actively manage Partners that meet Partner Program criteriaRespond to Partner applications that come through the Secureworks websiteQualify/Disqualify based on pre-determined criteriaMaintain mastery of Secureworks offerings, presentations through formal sales certificationDrive sales and technical enablement activities with Partners, primarily through on-demand tools and assets on the Partner PortalTrack Partner progress through KPI reportingParticipate in weekly regional sales and channel sales team meetingsWork with Secureworks salespeople to identify prospective target PartnersCoordinate customer-facing events/programs with Partners to develop leads and pipeline; report on event lead outputHost QBRs with key revenue-producing Partners Required Skills / ExperienceMinimum of 1 year of sales experience (Sales Development, Channel, Partner, Distribution Management)Minimum of 1 year of cyber security experienceKnowledge of how to use MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), SalesforceStrong written and verbal communication skill Secureworks is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
