Job Summary:

The Digital Transformation Manager will act as the crucial link between technology and all other departments, ensuring that business needs and technological capabilities are aligned as the company scales. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation, fostering innovation, and continuously improving internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key members of each department to build trust and facilitate knowledge sharing.

- Act as a liaison between technology and other departments to ensure business needs are prioritized when developing technical solutions.
  1. Needs Analysis and Solution Architecture:
- Identify departmental pain points and design solutions with a strong emphasis on automation.

- Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions that integrate technology, data, and processes to enhance organizational productivity and innovation.
  1. Project Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional projects in collaboration with various teams including technology, product, marketing, sales, and research.

- Document requirements and processes, devise innovative solutions, work closely with agile teams of designers and engineers, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  1. Knowledge Management:
- Develop and maintain the internal knowledge base in Confluence, focusing on detailing internal processes and ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
  1. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a digital transformation role or similar position.

- Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be enhanced with technology.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with knowledge management tools like Confluence.

- Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.).

Personal Attributes:

- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach.

- High level of initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
