We are currently seeking an experienced CPA to join our team. The successful candidate will be a great fit and addition to the existing team. Primary responsibility would be tax preparation for new and existing clients. If successful, the role may evolve into a Full-Time permanent position. May have ability to work remotely after onsite training and evaluation period.

Responsibilities and Duties Conducting tax interviews with clients via phone, email, virtual, and in person meetings Preparing individual, state, and entity tax returns Tax planning and research Client IRS support Help to grow the existing tax practice Continuing education and ongoing professional development Providing high quality client service that meets or exceeds client and firm expectations

Qualifications and Skills A minimum of 3 years recent tax preparation experience Strong understanding of tax code Ability to work independently as well as a team member Strong analytical skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Great communication and leadership skills and ability to work closely with clients Strong computer skills Ability to handle pressure in a positive professional manner Passionate about client service.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field Enrolled Agent Designation (active) Certified Public Accountant (active) Knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks, and LaCerte or comparable tax software
