HR Administrator

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global HCM Practice. We are seeking an HR Admin to support our Client's Japan-based HR team. This is a hybrid position based that will require 3 days per week onsite in the Client's Tokyo office.
Responsibilities:
Local HR:
- On boarding
- Office tours
- Security card registration
- Creation of business cards
- Setup IT equipment (PC monitor / Laptop / install all necessary apps & printer etc.)
- HR documentation
- New registration for DC security
- New registration for Dai-ichi insurance (benefit insurance)
- Communicate with Ceridian as necessary
- Collect social insurance card and provide to Ceridian
- Collect all IT equipment
- Collect Office security card and close access
- Send Tax certificate to leaver's private contact mail once ready
- Distribute to social insurance card when delivered to office
- Procedures for Employees Entering and Leaving employee
- Approval for monthly contribution amount on DC security site
- Download the monthly contribution amount list (obtain approval, approve onsite amount, send payment invoice to management)
- Procedures for Employees Entering and Leaving employee
- JustCo (New Office)
- Communicate with JustCo staff as needed
- Monitor mailbox and distribute to recipients.
- For Tax / bank / payment related (TMF)
- For Resident tax and payroll related (Ceridian)
- Bring out the mail / package to Post office
- Purchase and management of equipment and supplies
- Order business card / Envelope to Mprint
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date and an initial duration of 12 months , with the possibility of extending or converting to FTE for the right candidate.
Level of Effort: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Working Hours: Japan Standard Time
