****Responsibilities****

As a Call Center team member, you will be providing outstanding customer service to assist established Lottery retailers during scheduled sales phone calls and implement telemarketing strategies to drive results.

* Handle a daily call list.

* Contact Lottery retailers to promote new products, place orders, and provide exceptional customer service.

* Answers inbound calls from Lottery retailers, in addition to handling scheduled outbound calls.

* Work in partnership with Lottery field marketing staff to develop strategies to help Lottery retailers increase their sales performance and profits.

* Develop an understanding of the Lottery retailers needs and the products that are best suited to each retailer.

* Review and process incoming ticket orders received from both Lottery field marketing staff and Lottery retailers.

* Provide support for key retail accounts and help coordinate change of ownership transitions.

* Provide information to Lottery retailers on upcoming Lottery promotions and contests.

* Educate Lottery retailers on instant ticket policies and procedures.

* Work with Lottery retailers in troubleshooting and correcting incorrect shipment of orders.

* Perform additional duties as assigned

****Qualifications****

Minimum Education:

* High School Diploma

* Associates Degree preferred

Experience:

* 2 years of work experience, preferably in a customer service role

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)

* Professional phone etiquette
