Part Time:  Monday to Friday  as needed 

Location:  Murray and Farmington Utah offices 

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are the friendly face that greets patients both in person and over the phone. Your warm communication style matters—you’ll create that crucial first impression for our office. 

  • Manage the flow of patients within the office, ensuring they’re seen by the doctor efficiently to include greeting, check in, escort to room, check out, payment, and rescheduling appointments. 

  • Face to face, via text, or over the phone, you’ll handle patient appointment scheduling. 

  • On going office tasks keeping the office organized and clean. 

  • Manage the phones and ensure calls are answered in a timely and friendly manner. 

  • Occasionally, you might assist with marketing tasks—like taking photos at in-office events or helping set up promotional materials. 

  • Work as needed, at both locations (Murray and Farmington). 

  • Manage patient payments and requests. 

  • Other office tasks/assignments as asked by leader. 

Qualifications and Traits: 

  • Dedication to our mission, always showing empathy and kindness 

  • Clear communication, both written and verbal 

  • When challenges arise, you’ll be resourceful, positive and proactive 

  • Can do attitude 

  • Being on time and maintaining daily timecard records 

  • Prior experience in reception or customer-facing roles is beneficial 

  • Professionalism 

  • Improving processes and experience for our patients 

  • Willingness to learn
