We are currently seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to assist with executing the marketing strategy for Right Systems, Inc. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating major annual events, securing sponsorship from our Tier one manufacturing partners, build relationships with Tier one partners, and lead efforts of the Marketing Coordinator specific job functions. This is a full time role reporting to the Director of Marketing. This role is NOT remote – candidates must live in the service area and be able to see customers, colleagues, and partners onsite when necessary. Hybrid work schedule determined by direct supervisor. Some travel required (10-15%) The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, has incredible attention to detail, the ability to successfully manage projects in varying stages of completion in a fast-paced industry, is a team player and willing to learn new skills, and has a genuine interest in the IT/Technology industry. If you’re organized and analytical with a passion for building relationships, driving demand, and putting on some great networking events, we would like to talk Responsibilities: Lead, train, and support other Coordinators on the coordinator job function (event planning/coordination and partner relationships) Plan, execute, and report pipeline generating events with manufacturing partner(s), including event logistics, pre- and post-event communications with attendees, and follow up communication with manufacturing partner(s) and maintaining regular cadence calls Plan, execute, and report lead generating campaigns with internal team and manufacturing partner(s) and work with Sales to yield best results Collaborate with Account Managers, Executives, Engineers, Inside Sales, and MSP team members to ensure campaign success Utilize skills for content creation for both internal and external purposes while maintaining consistent RSI branding throughout each platform Manage and organize content repository file system for Marketing team Other duties assigned by the Marketing Director Requirements and Skill Set: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and/or at least 4 years of experience in the Marketing field Knowledge and experience with working in a CRM database Demonstrable exposure to leading and managing marketing database, email, and social media Ability to measure and track the outcomes of campaigns and events Event planning experience required Background experience within IT/technology companies preferred Compensation DOE Group medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Life insurance/LTD PTO (Paid Time Off) for vacation, sick, and personal leave needs Right Systems provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, citizenship, status, national origin, ancestry, gender, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, age, religion, pregnancy or pregnancy-related conditions, physical or mental disability, marital status, veteran status, political affiliation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
