to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects aimed at enhancing our infrastructure and operational capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives within the food and beverage industry.

Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities: Portfolio Management:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of infrastructure projects aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Prioritize projects based on business impact, resource availability, and regulatory requirements Project Planning and Execution:

Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables Stakeholder Engagement:

Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external vendors, to gain alignment on project objectives and foster a collaborative working environment Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes. Proactively monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed Resource Management:

Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budget allocations. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to optimize resource utilization and ensure project efficiency Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

Ensure all infrastructure projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Stay abreast of emerging trends and regulations in the food and beverage industry to inform project planning and execution Continuous Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies. Encourage a culture of innovation and excellence within the project management team

Portfolio Manager Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects within the food and beverage industry Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment PMP certification or equivalent preferred
