Responsibilities:

An Agency Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role within the Market Management team, supporting collaboration between Market Management and the market areas. As an Agency Recruiting Coordinator, you help ensure our team is delivering the information market areas need to make informed decisions. You work with a variety of databases, spreadsheets and online platforms to collect and package data for each request.

  • Distill complex data from multiple locations into easily understandable communications and reports
  • Enter data into databases or data management systems, ensuring the data is consistent, accurate and properly organized within the database
  • Directly support the coordination of our MOA hiring process and prepare data to process agent terminations
  • Create and update monthly reporting, including reconciliations
  • Assist in developing reports and strategy content for field leadership
  • Support the development of visual representations of data using data visualization tools or software, including charts, graphs and dashboards to present data analysis findings in a clear and concise manner
