This position is 100% ONSITE in Louisville, KY. This position begins as a 6 month contract but there may be potential for internal opportunities down the road depending upon business conditions. This is a great company to get your foot in the door with Duties: In this role, you will be responsible for handling high-volume calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers, ensuring exceptional service and accurate information management.+ Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers, meeting or exceeding service level goals.+ Handle high-volume calls that are auto-connected.+ Accurately capture and update information in our systems.+ Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patients’ medications as needed.+ Schedule treatments to be sent to patients or their healthcare providers.Skills & Qualifications: + High school diploma or GED REQUIRED + Experience with medical and/or pharmaceutical terminology preferred+ Experience handling high-volume calls REQUIREDWork Environment: + 100% ONSITE in Louisville, Kentucky + Hours: Three week initial in person training period is required from 8:30am to 5pm M-F.
