Are you a driven candidate with solid heavy equipment experience? If so, we are looking for you We are looking for an experienced Rental Coordinator who will partner with our team. The role is located at our Tampa, FL location.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You understand the heavy equipment business and have a drive for being an active part of solutions. You set the bar high and set an example for other leaders and colleagues on how to work collaboratively with the highest level of integrity.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Locating and obtaining rental units from other locations for customers.

•Opening and closing of rental contracts and work orders for repairs on rental units.

•Supplying necessary DOT compliance forms for rental units and creating BOL's.

•Understanding our fleet of rental units and their applications.

•Understanding and obtaining information from units for sales forms.

•Contact vendors for shipping quotes and shipping rental units to customers nationwide.

•Maintaining new unit and rental unit inventory, upfit inventory data entry, local company spreadsheets, and company asset files.

•Creating and supplying PO numbers for vendors.

•Completing license and registration for assets and assisting customers with license and title inquiries.

•Complete and scan all shipping forms and rental paperwork.

•Performing regular inventory for the units on ground.

•Working directly with headquarters for rental and RPO pricing.

•Create and maintain a superior experience for customers.

•Work directly with the service department to ensure a quick turnaround time on downed rental units.

•Monitor and report our monthly rental revenue.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

•High school diploma or the equivalent.

•3 years proven experience in a similar role.

•Background in aerial, construction equipment, and heavy & light duty trucks

•Valid Driver's License required

•Extremely detail oriented and accurate.

•Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

•Setting priorities and adapting to changing work priorities.

•Must be self-sufficient and driven.

•Meeting deadlines and schedules.

•Professional personal appearance

•Strong attendance record

•General mechanical aptitude and experience with parts required. Knowledge of hydraulic, heavy equipment, diesel truck and/or farm equipment preferred.

•Computers and Electronics - General aptitude in working with common computer software (MS Office Suite, internet, etc.) to process orders. Knowledge of inventory software (FishBowl, etc.) to process purchase orders and tracking inventory helpful.

•Knowledge of principles and processes for providing a positive service experience. This includes internal client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

•Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

•This job requires "people" skills and a genuine desire to service the client. A positive attitude and willingness to maintain a professional demeanor with clients and team members is essential to this position

•Ability to see things in close proximity whether through natural or corrected vision

•Give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times

•Talk to others to convey information effectively

•Understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
