Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelors degree in accounting or finance. CPA with public accounting experience preferred but not required.
  • Must have a minimum of four or more years accounting and finance experience, with the majority being in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must have advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel and ideally, knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and good interpersonal skills are critical for this role. In addition, this individual will need to effectively interact with personnel from all segments of the business, including sales, marketing, manufacturing and corporate.
  • Problem solver with good attention to detail.
