Job Title: Loan Review Manager

Job Summary:

Crowe is seeking a highly skilled Loan Review Manager to lead our loan review and credit consulting services. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership to our people and clients, delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead loan review and credit consulting services, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and supervise a team of loan review specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments, providing expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in loan review, commercial credit management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. banking laws and regulations, specifically those related to commercial credit, underwriting, and credit department management
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and developing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
