Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive retail company inStockbridge, GAin their search for a Director of HR. This is aDIRECT HIREopportunity which requires in-office work.Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Oversee training and development
  • Develop HR strategies
  • Handle Employee Relations issues
  • Manage the Employee Stock Ownership Plan
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide training
  • Process payroll


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business or HR preferred
  • SHRM Certified Professional preferred
  • Must have at least 5years of HR management experience
  • OSHA and EEOC Reporting experience is REQUIRED
  • Preferred experience in retail
  • Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in ADP Workforce Now is preferred

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
