Are you a construction professional with a proven track record of successful project management? Our client, a thriving construction company in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to take charge of their dynamic projects and drive exceptional results.
Your Role

As a Construction Superintendent, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in managing projects from inception to completion. You'll ensure efficient operations on-site, promote collaboration across teams, and maintain high standards in safety, quality, and timelines.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities while ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
  • Regularly inspect project sites to evaluate progress and promptly address any challenges.
  • Partner with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate schedules and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain thorough project records, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to align project goals and expectations.
  • Oversee daily operations to guarantee projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction leader with the expertise and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Superintendent within the construction sector.
  • Proven ability to manage residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, fostering teamwork and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is advantageous.
  • A dedication to delivering superior results while adhering to deadlines.
