Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in multi-site projects. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.

About the Role

  • Direct and coordinate the activities of project teams to ensure project progress on schedule and within budget.
  • Proactively communicate project-related issues directly with the Superintendent, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Director.
  • Examine construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, submittals, shop drawings, detail build sheets, and scopes, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Review bid results, specifications, test and progress reports, as required, to ensure an intimate understanding of the project schedule, financial status, and onsite development.
  • Manage change orders to projects diligently.
  • Follow established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
  • Prepare and provide weekly status reports for projects.
  • Identify and solve or elevate project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or quality.
  • Represent the company in project meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors, and vendors to help develop new opportunities.
  • Required travel may include up to 50% time spent on the road.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4-year degree in an accredited construction-related program or equivalent; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in construction project management.
  • Experience in multi-site projects preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore project management software, MS Project scheduling software, MS Excel, and Smartsheet.
  • State/local General Contractors license is helpful.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
