Administrative Duties
- Oversee all front desk and lobby operations
- Greet and assist employees and walk-ins with their inquiries
- Assist with information requests via phone and email
- Prepare reports, proposals, and spreadsheets as needed
- Maintain a clean, tidy work environment
- Maintain uniform operations, including measuring and ordering uniforms, tracking issuance to existing personnel, collection of uniforms, and requests for uniform refunds
- Perform all other duties associated with the general administrative functions necessary, as dictated by company executives.
Human Resources Duties
- Facilitate the New Hire Orientation for new employees to the company
- Assist candidates with employment applications and other pre-employment paperwork
- Assist with personnel file maintenance
- Assist employees with enrollment in company benefits and direct deposit
- Assist with accurate maintenance of employee timekeeping and schedules
- Manage employee information in WinTeam and personnel scheduling software
Required Skills and Abilities
- Ability to handle competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Organization record-keeping skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Qualifications:
- Ability to complete state security licensing, if applicable
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Two years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Associates Degree
- Have a strong desire to become a part of a contract security organization performing guard and patrol services; including high-end properties and commercial sites
