You'll engage all resources available to ensure customers maximize the value of purchased products/packages. You will work hand-in-hand with the client's Digital Account Specialist to implement the ongoing associated marketing strategies recommended.

Core Responsibilities: Facilitate the productivity of the Digital Account team so they can properly advise our clients and create effective digital marketing plans for clients. Meet with clients following the sale of packages to collect data and other information required to customize implementation and setup. Create a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation and setup of products. Communicating with clients throughout the setup process to obtain feedback and approval. Educating clients on how to use purchased products and features. Adaptable – Quickly able to assess and understand customer needs, solve problems, and build relationships to create an A+ onboarding experience.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline Experience with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. Outstanding customer service etiquette Exceptional multitasking capabilities Familiarity and expertise with Google services, encompassing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Outstanding abilities in critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities Eagerness and aptitude for acquiring proficiency in new tools and technologies Proficiency in problem recognition, identification, and solution presentation for potential issues Superb oral and written communication proficiencies Meticulous attention to detail
