Business Development Sales Leader

Lupoli Companies/Sal's Pizza is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and fostering business relationships for our Sal's Pizza Express/Franchise program. Sal's Pizza Express are franchise locations located in convenience stores, sports venues, colleges, amusement parks, grocery stores, big box stores and more. The opportunities are limitless for the growth of this brand. The Business Development Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals and will develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, managing a sales team to exceed expectations and increase sales targets, communicate project efforts to leadership, prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales activities as well as attend trade shows, all aligned with our growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing and a Bachelor's degree
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and motivating sales team.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales management.
  • Unwavering commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Competitive, positive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
