If you are flexible, motivated and want to join a growing company, then this is the role for you Responsibilities: Manage a team of project managers including quality control, budget, schedules, safety to meet various goals. Enforce safety standards as governed by Federal OSHA and other local authorities and provide training to ensure safe working conditions for employees, subcontractors, and material suppliers. Secure and maintain relationships with quality subcontractors to meet long-range construction schedules, including building vendor bench and negotiating pricing. Establish area figure costs for all assigned communities. Coordinate costing and update product quantities and bids for accurate pricing estimates. Oversee acquisition of all required documents from local municipalities to allow construction. Ensure compliance to production schedules via supervision, daily contact, and communication, keeping all construction phases in proper and timely sequence. Develop long-range schedules for the orderly construction and delivery of homes throughout assigned operation. Work closely with management to ensure company goals are met including land, site, sales, design, settlement, and warranty. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Requirements: 5+ years of professional construction project management experience Valid Driver’s License Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline is preferred Voluntary Benefits (Life Insurance, Short-term & Long-term Disability)
