Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Agile certifications are a plus
- SAFe, CISM and CIAM certifications preferred
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience with Agile Product Management and Agile Product Owners
- Experience with Authentication and Business Presentations
- Experience with FIDO2 Compliance Authenticators and Multi-factor authentication
- Experience with Identity and Access Management
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and YubiKeys
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Background in the financial industry is a plus
- Experience with Administrative writing and reporting, Business Intelligence Reporting Tools (BIRT), Data Analytics, Ping Access, and Transmit Security are a plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and scale strong authentication solutions for a customer base
- Responsible for the onboarding, integration, management, and strategy for Yubikey and other strong authentication solutions
- Take YubiKey efforts into retail, commercial and others, directing the work of the agile crew, and defining requirements
- Support enterprise digital identity for all customers
- Define workforce authentication and identity strategy
- Ensure that authentication solutions provide a seamless and user-friendly experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for authentication products
- Coordinate with security teams to ensure that authentication products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
