The HT Group has an insurance client in North Austin looking for a Policy Compliance Specialist who is well organized and customer service orientated to review and investigate inquiries or complaints, prepare correspondence, review agent responses, and deliver final resolutions promptly and accurately, with adherence to statutory requirements to avoid potential penalties or legal action against the company.
Contract-to-Hire
Fully In Office- 37.5/hr a week Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $22.50/hr

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with Legal and Marketing Departments to address inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Analyze agent actions from complaints and offer recommendations to management.
  • Maintain detailed complaint files, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage incoming mail for Vice Presidents, including correspondence, faxing, and indexing
Requirements:
  • High school or GED required; associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Prior insurance industry experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite
