Job description:

The Marketing Operations Specialist supports Marketing and Merchandising programs as well as events and tradeshows. As part of shared marketing services the marketing operations function works closely with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the development and smooth operation of process & technology initiatives for the marketing team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Collaborates on reporting of performance metrics, analytics and dashboards (examples: campaign performance, ROI analysis, and budget/spend forecasting).

Assists with Project Management software and tracks campaign progress.

Manages and executes commercial team events including industry meetings, annual sales meetings, executive meetings, and tradeshows.

Responsible for executing merchandising display implementations, maintaining planograms and packaging standards.

Accountable for in-house ecommerce website and providing customer service to our internal customers. Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field preferred.

A minimum of 3 year of experience in B2B Marketing preferred.

Excellent organization, time management and project management skills required.

Strong communication and collaboration capabilities required.

Technical, systems and analytical skills and background preferred.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills required.

Qualifications

A valid drivers license required

Do you have both knowledge, and experience, when it comes to managing Planograms?
