This role is based on-site in the Feasterville-Trevose, PA office (suburb of Philadelphia).


Schedule: 3 days x 13 hour shifts or 4 days x 10 hour shifts with consecutive days off. Day shift only - no nights. This role is a non-bedside role in an office setting coordinating care for our clients.

The medical team is a vital part of our global operations team. They provide a range of services from pre-travel health advice through to emergency medical evacuations.


We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinating Nurse (RN) to join us in a dynamic office based clinical role where you will expand your medical and clinical knowledge whilst working across an international platform. You will be providing medical support to a worldwide client base across a variety of industries, focusing on quality, patient contact and, above all, care.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver front line telephonic triage to travelers
  • Develop and enhance your understanding of global and travel health, and provide pre-trip travel advice to travelers
  • Interpret medical situations by conducting a tailored risk analysis of condition vs. geographical location
  • Provide evidence based medical advice and assessment, support and recommendations by speaking directly to patients and clients
  • Liaise with international medical professionals to obtain medical assessments for patients who are hospitalized or being treated overseas
  • Assess standards of care and provide guidance on travel following illness or injury
  • Arrange complex medical evacuations and repatriations from all over the world
  • Work within a truly international team – we have offices in 27 different countries you will interface with daily



Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3+ years of recent nursing experience, preferably in ER, acute care or ICU.
  • Must possess current US Registered Nurse license.
  • Must possess current BCSL and ACLS certification.
  • BSN Diploma strongly preferred


Required Languages:

  • Effective written communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus not required.


Required Competencies:

  • Demonstrated triage experience.
  • Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective prioritization and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective management of stress tolerance.


Occasional company travel opportunities but not required.
