**Key Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. (*Other duties may be assigned*.)

- Process Domestic called in, faxed in, and emailed orders

- Assist in sending out and recording demo equipment to field reps and customers

- Assist in regular follow up of demo equipment on loan to customers

- Assist Inside Sales team with assigned workload

- Receive, resolve, and document customer complaints/coordinate product returns

- Work with scheduling to communicate accurate ship dates to our customers

- Field calls regarding returns, repairs / replacement parts, and tracking packages

- Assist in the daily operation of the department

- Promptly and regularly provide any feedback gained from customers pertaining to product coverage, customer coverage, and competitive information

- Proactively engage in increasing product and industry knowledge on Radiation Oncology

- Performs other tasks as directed by Management.

**Required Education, Experience, and Certifications**
