What You’ll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part The bulk of your daily tasks will include interacting with customers over email. You will be delighting customers by providing quick and effective solutions for their problems and requests. Reaching out to subscribers and customers to understand their needs and improve their experience. Contributing to developing and improving our processes for managing customer satisfaction. Educating customers on our products and services. Discussing subscription benefits. The role is primarily based on written communications. Other duties as assigned. What You’ve Done And Who You Are Experience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration, sharing of ideas and celebration of successes as well as drive for positive outcomes with cross-functional teams. High School Diploma or equivalent at a minimum. Previous Customer Service experience, sales experience, and/or retention experience preferred. Reliable internet required. Must be able to direct connect to router if needed. Strong written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated. Strong computer skills. Someone that is empathetic, team-oriented, and always ready to help your teammates. Comfortable working up to 32 hours a week. Available and willing to work evening hours/weekends.
