Product Manager

The Product Manager is a key role in identifying, delivering and managing lines of products for global commercial fitness markets. The Product Manager is responsible for portfolio management of assigned new and existing product lines, line extension and product improvements. This involves representing the voice of customer and supporting strategic business direction of the product lines from concept to end of life. This is a dynamic position that requires critical thinking and analysis, strong project management skills and an ability to interface with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, finance, operations, and sales.
Essential Job Functions
Manage assigned product lines including key strategic objectives, value proposition, sales and ROI projections.
Support in setting pricing, profitability, and other key metrics as goals for the product portfolio.
Supporting Senior Product Managers with select projects as inputs into total product portfolio.
Manage select projects including schedule, budget and resource planning.
Help in standardizing and documenting product management process for the group.
Documenting product market requirements and customer targets for new products, product improvements and line extensions.
Monitor sales volume, product usage, service data and other key inputs to help inform new products and refinements to current products.
Interface closely with global sales team and customers to help sell and demonstrate products on site and at trade shows.
Create and conduct market research of customers and equipment users.
Interfacing with engineering and design groups to communicate VOC information, needs statements, key project objectives, targets and constraints.
Support go-to-market activities including development of key messages, competitive advantages, and sales training in support of product launches.
Education And Experience
Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent and experience in Product Management, Marketing or Business development
4+ years product management experience with proven track record of successful launch and/or management of product lines
Experience with formal product development and phase gate methods and support processes.
Experience in project management methodology and tools. Competencies

Ability to think and communicate strategically with a bias for action, accountability, and pragmatism.
Base Salary: $110,000 to $130,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives , and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Precors total rewards strategy that also includes region-specific health and welfare benefits.
