Essential Functions
- Collaborate with the digital platform owner to maintain the system backlog and platform roadmap.
- Document and estimate work effort required for platform releases and upgrades; especially those that require additional coding or technical work.
- Identify opportunities for optimization or automation between the digital platform and legacy bank systems.
- Manage internal technical and operational work streams and teams required to support digital platform releases and upgrades.
- Review digital platform vendor release notes and identify impacts to customers or internal support teams.
- Create and execute test plans during platform releases and upgrades.
- Report, track and re-test system bugs and issues found during testing and/or reported by customers.
- Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing our customer's digital experience with custom capabilities built in-house.
- Follow all change and release management procedures, ensuring all internal technical and operational teams are aware of releases and upgrades.
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.

- Bachelor's degree from a four (4) year college or university
- At least five years of experience in related process design and/or business analysis experience
- Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions, systems, and products.
- Ability to identify and define data sources / systems of record
- Ability to assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs
- Demonstrated project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

- Detailed understanding and knowledge of Panacea systems and services

In terms of an 8-hour workday, "occasional" equals 1% to 33%, "frequent" equals 34% to 66%, and "continuous" equals 67% to 100%. However, some duties are performed monthly, annually, or sporadically throughout the year and are essential functions.
