Our hope is to provide critical subsea data and infrastructure to further understand and predict the fundamental forces that support harmonious human existence on this planet. About You and the Role: We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team and work on the assembly and testing of our autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) and other subsea equipment. We need someone who shares our values and is driven by our purpose and mission. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on the electro-mechanical assembly for our AUV, including manufacturing, assembly, testing, and quality control. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team of mechanical and electrical engineers, as well as our software and operations teams, to ensure that our vehicles are built to the highest standards. You'll also have the opportunity to grow and develop as a technician, learning new skills and taking on new challenges as we scale our operations. Apply now to join the Bedrock team Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or related field Experience with hand and power tools Experience with soldering and crimping techniques Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components and assemblies Familiarity with basic electronics testing equipment, including multimeters and oscilloscopes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong attention to detail and ability to follow assembly instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities Ability to lift 20 pounds Good communication and teamwork skills Must be local to the Bay Area or willing to relocate.
