SUMMARY:

The Global Product Manager (GPM) will be responsible fordriving global market share growth with a dedicated focus on improvingperformance in the US retail market.

Key responsibilities include developingproduct strategies and launching new products globally with an emphasis ontailoring offerings to the unique needs of the US market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

C

reateand execute product strategies and roadmaps globally in line with marketdemands and organizational objectives. Overseethe full product lifecycle from concept to market exit, including productenhancements and end-of-life decisions, driving operational excellence and SKUproductivity to deliver the best-optimized product portfolio. Analyzeglobal and local market data/trends, leveraging insights and the voice of thecustomer to deliver new products that resonate with consumers worldwide. Work closely with cross-functional teams todrive the product development process, ensuring speed to market and financialviability. Collaborate with Regional Product MarketingManagers (RPMM) to develop cohesive product strategies that resonate on aglobal scale. Work closely with the US team to tailor product offerings to meetthe unique needs and demands of the US market, ensuring alignment with overallstrategic objectives. Conduct ongoing market analysis and research toidentify trends and opportunities, ensuring our product portfolio remainscompetitive and compelling. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and potentialdisruptive products. GLOBALCOLLABORATION & BRAND STEWARDSHIP:

Fosterstrong collaboration with other Global Product Managers across differentregions to ensure cohesive product management and strategic alignment. Collaborateclosely with Regional Product Marketing Managers (RPMM) to ensure the effectiveimplementation of product strategies, development, and launch plans. Work closely with our Global Sourcing Group(GSG) in Asia to facilitate a smooth and efficient product development process. Champion the Targus brand, ensuring eachproduct tells our story and delivers our promise on quality, sustainability,and innovation. SKILLSAND EXPERIENCE:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing,design, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management,with

a track record

of successfully growing marketshare. Experience working with soft cases (e.g., backpack, briefcase, tote, etc.)and/or familiarity with big box US retail is a plus. Passionate and energetic about deliveringwinning products and making a meaningful impact. Someone who has a drive toexcel and continuously improve. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communicationabilities to understand customer needs and position products for success. Solid foundational understanding of productmanagement practices and the ability to think and act quickly. Effective collaborative skills with the abilityto work in a team-oriented environment. Strong competency with Microsoft Suite, such asMicrosoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel. Webelieve that all people are capable of
