Job Description Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Revenue Systems Project Lead to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $32 to $41 per hour.

Responsibilities

Manages multiple, multi-functional collaborative workflows/systems (onboard and shoreside), and actively engage with project teams to coordinate design, testing, and implementation of projects with financial impact. Provides recommendations for improvement and actively participates in the design and implementation for accurate financial reporting and processes to address operational needs. Scope, risk, and issue management, including documenting, communicating project status updates and facilitating resolutions or mitigation plans. Document policy and procedures and provide support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the ship. Sox & Internal Controls • Design and implement onboard and Shoreside department related systems and processes to address operational needs, accurate financial record, and to enhance controls. Provide support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the ships. Maintain all project artifacts. Identify, deliver and document organizational, application and human workflows that contribute to policy and procedure updates throughout each project. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, related field, equivalent work experience 5 years of experience in a Finance related role PMP certification Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Experience:

Project management experience. Understanding of internal controls (and Sarbanes Oxley as applicable) Knowledge of computerized accounting systems (Oracle)
