Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a diverse range of candidate sourcing tools to uncover compelling candidate lists.
  • Articulate our recruiting message effectively through verbal and written communication with candidates.
  • Conduct thorough phone interviews and assess candidates' suitability for our client's job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for our valued clients.
  • Build and maintain extensive candidate databases.
  • Become a proficient user of our internal applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct reference checks when needed to ensure quality candidate selection.
  • Utilize techniques to identify potential new client relationships through recruiting efforts.

  • Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business practices.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management, clients, and candidates.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, with a preference for Windows/Web Based software experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • A knack for building positive relationships and excellent communication abilities.
  • A professional demeanor both on the phone and in person.
  • A self-starter mentality, reliability, and a keen eye for detail in completing responsibilities.
