Senior Property Accountant
Hospitality
Location: Upstate SC
Pay: $70K+ based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday in office/1 day remote
Our client is a hospitality management company; that are curators of exceptional experiences. With a dynamic focus on managing high-quality, select-service hotels across the United States, our client redefines industry standards with an innovative approach.
They are looking for you, an experienced Senior Property Accountant who can succeed in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a team. The role is a full-time permanent role.

What you get to do:

  • Responsible for inter-company billings and reconciliations, analysis, and/or reconciliation of general ledger accounts monthly.
  • Assist with the preparation of the monthly and quarterly financial packages, assist with the preparation of month-end closing journal entries.
  • Provide schedules/reconciliations for public and internal auditors.
  • Responsible for bank reconciliations and recording daily banking activity.
  • Responsible for preparing and filing of various government reports.
What you need to succeed:
  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
  • 2 or more years of general accounting experience preferred
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with General Ledger systems helpful.
