Primary Responsibilities
Expertly file liens on jobsites with a working knowledge of state-specific filing requirements
Serve as the subject matter expert for liens and collaborate with Credit and Collections departments
Ensure timely updates of lien release forms based on state requirements
Oversee the lien filing and release process efficiently
Collaborate with Credit and Collections Departments on lien rights

Skills & Qualifications
Expansive knowledge of construction lien laws
Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities
Effective leadership and people skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and commitment to customer service
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of fair debt collection, state commercial laws, and rental equipment industry
