Position Overview:

The Staff Accountant/Analyst role is a pivotal position designed for a driven individual ready to grow within a high-energy environment. This role requires a solid foundation in U.S. GAAP, combined with strong analytical skills to support the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, performing financial analysis, and supporting various accounting functions.

Core Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Perform reconciliations, maintain general ledger accounts, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Support accounts payable and receivable processes, contributing to efficient financial operations.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decisions.

Work closely with the Controller and other senior team members on financial planning and strategy.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application in financial reporting.

Proficiency in financial analysis and accounting software.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

Bilingual capabilities (preferred).

Industry Experience:

Experience in the aviation or MRO industry is beneficial but not required.
