Senior Finance ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our financial strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Responsibilities:- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes.- Ensure strict adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards while implementing robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks. Additionally, oversee the annual external audit process.- Cultivate a culture of financial transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.- Lead and mentor a talented finance team, offering guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to foster individual and collective growth.Qualifications:- A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in senior financial leadership roles within a complex physician medical group.- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.- CPA or CMA certification preferred.- Thorough understanding of healthcare finance, including reimbursement models, revenue cycle management, and regulatory compliance.- BA in Finance; CPA preferred (NYS DOE Office of Professions).Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $270,000.00 per yearBenefits:- 401(k) with a 4% match- Comprehensive health insurance coverage- Dental and vision insurance- Health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) options- Life insurance coverage- Generous paid time off policy- Employee assistance program and referral programSchedule:- 8-hour shifts, Monday to FridayWork Setting:- Hybrid remote position based in Melville, NY 11747License/Certification:- CPA preferredJoin us in our commitment to excellence and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.
