Assistant to Financial Advisor

Qualifications

  • Assist financial advisor with daily activities, including maintaining calendars
  • Interact with clients in person and over the phone
  • Prepare and review new account paperwork
  • Facilitate and resolve client service requests
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Handle confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly


Required

  • At least two (2) years of financial services/insurance experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to practice active listening and communicate in a direct manner
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in fast paced environment


Preferred

·      Social media management experience

·      Experience with Advisor 360 software


This is a hybrid position. Must be able to commute to Melville, NY.
