About the job
The Account Manager position at Unishippers is a unique and rewarding business-to-business(B2B) account management opportunity for the salesperson that is passionate about building long-lasting client relationships and upselling along the way.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase revenue by retaining & expanding current customer services and activating new accounts face-to-face.
Optimize customer growth/retention with UPS and Freight through detailed account management functions
Identify additional business opportunities through proactive phone calls and appointments in the field with current customers
Manage customers and build new customers through referrals and upselling
