We’re hiring a Paid Social Director as part of our team based from our Stafford office. Purpose of the Role The Director role is to be a Paid Social channel lead and team player for the client’s projects they are engaged in, as well as overseeing the work of a team of managers, executives, and assistants. You'll work across one of our key global retail clients and will be responsible for contributing to the Paid Social department’s growth and innovation. Your team will consist of 5-7 people, for whom you will be responsible for their career development, personal growth and fostering a shared culture. Key Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for your respective clients in the local markets/regions which you’re responsible for. Develop and foster an effective working relationship with our partners at Pinterest, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat and emerging social/content amplification platforms. Be responsible for the development of members of your team, including the setting of personal objectives and performance reviews. Be responsible for the delivery of revenue across your client and support the Partner in pursuing potential cross sell / up sell opportunities. Oversee the development of PSM strategies to help define KPIs and strategy. Ensure campaigns are delivered as planned with no overspends or errors in delivery. Ensure your team monitors daily delivery and performs regular optimisation of all campaign elements (segments, creative, landing pages, etc) based on agreed campaign KPIs. Key Skills Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Paid social activation, social media planning or biddable media / PPC team. Good understanding of planning social campaigns across the various mechanisms, channels and buying models. Practical expertise in activation on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest. Experience of working with Smartly io is preferable but not necessary. Strategic knowledge on growing not only clients output but commercially minded in growing iprospect revenue. Experience of working on a Global Client is preferable but not necessary. What we offer This is a permanent role. The team is based from our Staffordshire office on a hybrid working basis.
