QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS v BS Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 3-5+ years’ experience in chemical plant or refinery, or equivalent industrial manufacturing v Ability to apply daily and lead with safety, environmental and industrial hygiene rules, and regulations at the forefront of your work. v Ability to engage site associates as well as effectively interact with team members at all levels of the organization. v Demonstrated ability to critical thinking and analytical skills in all aspects of your work. v Self-driven with high a level of initiative. v Strong leadership qualities and ability to engage associates through every stage of their work. v Demonstrated ability to drive associate alignment and accountability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
